The curriculum aims to promote critical and creative thinking skills by focusing on the connection between model and algebraic approach of solving problem sums. Lessons are designed to cater to MOE school syllabus with a strong focus to equip students with a good foundation in the basics of algebra.
Each lesson begins with a review of prior learnings to reinforce concepts before new ones are taught.
New concepts are introduced with a series of progressively challenging drills to stimulate learning.
Students get to attempt simulated examination questions to gain mastery of the topic.
Students attempt more challenging questions and are rewarded with a well-deserved sense of satisfaction. Teacher then concludes the topic by recapping the concepts that have been taught.

My child did not do well in P4 maths so I started him at Thinker from the beginning of P5. After more than 7 months of lessons, he managed to narrow his learning gap and displayed more confidence. This was also confirmed by his school’s maths teacher. I attribute his improvements from the dedication and patience shown from Thinker’s principal Jasmine and Coach Stephanie. Even their whatsapp helpdesk Emily is responsive! Strongly recommended!
- Nat LeeMy boy used to struggle with Math in primary school, but since he joined Thinker Education he had improved greatly. For Sec 1 and 2, math was his best subject and he is currently taking both A n E math. Thinker is attentive to my child’s need and gives frequent updates on his progress. They also give parent a peace of mind with their sign in and out notification. Thank you Thinker! We enjoyed our learning journey at your Center.
